- For other uses, see Restore Magicka.
Restore Magicka is a spell effect that replenishes the character's spent magic points when applied. Its use is to regenerate the caster's magic supply after activating the effect. One Restore Magicka spell exists in-game, Equilibrium, which converts 25 health into 25 magicka (50 health to 25 magicka on legendary difficulty). As an alchemical effect, it can only be applied to a potion, because, being a positive effect, it cannot be in a poision. Restore Magicka will not increase magicka past its base value.
Restore Magicka Potions are common loot, being useful to any class of character that uses any spells in battle, but are most commonly found on Magic-users and in areas populated by spellcasting NPCs, such as Necromancer and Conjurer hideouts, as well as found in many shops throughout the province.
All characters naturally regenerate magicka over time at a rate that is based on your maximum magicka, thus magicka is also restored when you sleep or wait.

Potions and poisons with this effect may be created at Alchemy Labs or purchased from alchemist merchants.
Potions with Restore Magicka immediately restore a certain amount of your Magicka. The strength of the effect is determined by the Alchemy Skill of the alchemist that brewed the potion.
