The Robe of the Apprentice is an Oblivion quest reward and a leveled item enchanted with the Fortify Attribute: Willpower effect.
The robe is given to Mages Guild Associates by Raminus Polus after completing the Recommendation quests for each mage guild chapter. The robe is a leveled item, and the magnitude of the enchantment on the robe scales depending on what level you are when you receive it.
