Roxanne Brigette is the makeshift mother of the Skooma Den in Bravil. She takes care of "the boys", referring to Reistr the Rotted, J'zin-Dar, and R'vanni. All of "the boys" sleep at the den, but Roxanne apparently sleeps elsewhere. She seems happy when you talk to her, and she probably enjoys her position as a sort of mother. Her philosophy is that skooma eases pain, as well as taking the user far away from reality.
