Roxanne Brigette is the Breton makeshift mother of the Skooma Den in Bravil. She takes care of "the boys," referring to Reistr the Rotted, J'zin-Dar and R'vanni. All of them sleep at the den, but Roxanne apparently sleeps elsewhere.
In dialogue, she seems happy when the Hero talks to her, and she probably enjoys her position as a sort of mother. Her philosophy is that skooma eases pain, as well as taking the user far away from reality.
