Roxy Aric is a Breton bandit wizard and member of the Black Bow Bandit clan, along with Alonzo and their leader, Black Brugo. She can be found in the Ayleid Ruin of Telepe in the Blackwood region of Cyrodiil, not far from Leyawiin.
