Sadri's Used Wares is a pawnbroker shop in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim located in the Gray Quarter of Windhelm. The shop is owned by Revyn Sadri, who insists that none of his goods are stolen.

WaresEdit

Sadri buys and sells apparel, books, potions and various other items.

Notable itemsEdit

Sadri sells 2920, Second Seed, v5, a Speech skill book. However, since the books sits on the counter of his shop, it can be read without being purchased or stolen.

QuestsEdit

That Was Always ThereEdit

Revyn Sadri asks for help with returning a ring he believes to be stolen. He tasks the Dragonborn with sneaking into Viola Giordano's House to return the ring.

If the Dragonborn decides to return the gold ring to Viola Giordano without sneaking into her home, she will threaten to tell the Jarl to increase Sadri's taxes. Although angry with the Dragonborn, they can still trade at Sadri's Used Wares.

Revyn Sadri will also train Speech skill after being helped.

HousingEdit

If the Dragonborn marries Revyn and chooses to live at Sadri's Used Wares, storage is as follows: The 'living area' - the wardrobe, dresser, and sack lying down in front of the ledger are all safe (will not respawn or delete stored items). The sack sitting up against the wall (next to the safe there is one lying down) is not safe, and will delete stored items. The unused 'storage area' - the wardrobe, two end tables and strongbox are all safe (will not respawn or delete stored items). The strongbox must be initially picked, but the items inside do not count as stolen, nor does the strongbox relock itself later after being picked. Housing details tested beyond a one-month absence.

The bed will not fit both the Dragonborn and Revyn, but Lover's Comfort will still be received. Revyn will frequent the New Gnisis Cornerclub before coming back home to sleep each night.

BugsEdit

This section contains bugs related to Sadri's Used Wares. Before adding a bug to this list, consider the following:

  1. Please reload an old save to confirm if the bug is still happening.
  2. If the bug is still occurring, please post the bug report with the appropriate system template  360  / XB1  ,  PS3  / PS4  ,  PC  / MAC  , depending on which platform(s) the bug has been encountered on.
  3. Be descriptive when listing the bug and fixes, but avoid having conversations in the description and/or using first-person-anecdotes: such discussions belong on the appropriate forum board.
  •  PC   360   PS3   It is possible to invest gold infinitely through the dialogue option with Sadri. This can prove very useful when fencing loot.
  •  PC   360   PS3   It is possible, upon completion of the "Return Viola's Ring" quest that when you go back to claim your reward, the door to the shop will be locked indefinitely. Picking the lock will cause Revyn Sadri to shout at you to get out because you're trespassing. Waiting does not fix this issue, however fast travelling to the Palace of Kings then going back to the shop seems to fix the bug. Additionally, traveling to Solstheim will fix this bug, as well.
