Walkthrough
Edit
After the completion of the quest Prophet, the Dragonborn will be told by Dexion Evicus that all three Elder Scrolls must be obtained in order for him to read the whole prophecy.
If the Dragonborn has already obtained an Elder Scroll during the Main Quest, then the Elder Scroll (Dragon) will already be in the inventory. If it was sold to Urag gro-Shub at the College of Winterhold, it must be bought back. He'll sell it back for 4,000
, but he can be persuaded to sell it for half if the Dragonborn is the Arch-Mage. However, if the Dragonborn is not the Arch-Mage, Urag can still be persuaded to give it back for 3,000 ![]()
