Septimus's outpost lies far in the north where the Sea of Ghosts is located. It´s north of the College of Winterhold and Winterhold.

BugsEdit

• There is a chance that if you are riding your horse and travel to the College you can fall off the edge of the walkway and die.
• Rarely it can happen that the dialoge option wont appear when you are supposed to speak to Hermaeus Mora the first time, which makes it impossible to get out of the location.
  • This bug can only be fixed if you load a previous save (confirmed)
