Seridur's House is in the southeast Imperial City, Temple District. This three story house belongs to Seridur, it has two floors and a basement.
The Order of the Virtuous Blood
It is the inital location for the quest Order of the Virtuous Blood. Order members Cylben Dolovas, Gilen Norvalo, Grey-Throat, and Seridur meet in the basement of the house at night. The house also has an unremarkable second floor.

Order of the Virtuous Blood
Seridur tells the Hero about his group of vampire hunters called the Order of the Virtuous Blood. Basically, they kill vampires to cleanse Cyrodiil. Their first target is Roland Jenseric, whom Seridur claims to have witnessed bite and kill his own girlfriend.
