"I had my years of war and fighting. Senseless, all of it. All I want now is a rake and a patch of good soil."
―Severio Pelagia[src]
Not to be confused with Severa Magia.

Severio Pelagia is an Imperial who can be found wandering around both inside and outside of Whiterun. He lives and works at Pelagia Farm.

If some vegetables are sold to him, he will leave the Dragonborn an inheritance of 100 GoldIcon when he faces his death (details and spoilers in the next paragraph). If stolen from, he will send Hired Thugs after the Dragonborn.

His death is inevitable, regardless of the Dragonborn's civil war affiliation, as his home is utterly destroyed during the catapult barrage on the city in the Battle for Whiterun. Completing the Battle for Whiterun quest or killing him manually could cause the Companions questline as well as Shalidors Writings (Ysgramor) to be incompletable, should they be attempted after his death. There is less post tax after the Battle for Whiterun for his inheritance pay.

This section contains bugs related to Severio Pelagia. Before adding a bug to this list, consider the following:

  1. Confirm all bugs with other editors on the talk page before adding them below.
  2. Always try reloading an old save first, before asking for assistance.
  3. Do not discuss possible bug fixes or origins. Leave those and all other first-person-anecdotes on the talk page, not the article.
  4. Always add  360  ,  PS3  , or  PC   to clarify which system the bug appears on.
  •  PC   Sometimes Severio may stay alive, when you leave the battlefield. He will stand in one place on his farm then.
