Shalar is a Khajiit member of the Aldmeri Dominion. She is found on the beach at Eagle's Strand.

Background

She used to be a cook on the Dominion flagship of the fleet that crashed on Khenarthi's Roost. However, despite being used to using a cleaver to cut animals, she now uses a needle and thread, to try and save as many as she can.
