A Shrine of Kynareth is a blessing shrine consecrated to one of the Nine Divines, found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Kynareth is the Goddess of the heavens, the winds, the elements, and the unseen spirits of the air.
The shrine looks like an owl mounted onto a pedestal. The whole sculpture has a light purple tint to it. According to Hearthfire, the main body of the owl is made of iron, the beak is made of sapphire and the eyes are two moonstones.
Activating the shrine confers the Blessing of Kynareth for a duration of eight hours.
Only one blessing (effect) can be active at one time. Praying at a different shrine will remove this effect.
This shrine can be crafted for a homestead as part of The Elder Scrolls V: Hearthfire. It requires the following components:

Location: In the Temple of the Divines in Solitude. It is one of the eight or nine shrines available there.
Location: In the Temple of Kynareth in Whiterun.

Location: In Fort Sungard, if the fort is controlled by the Forsworn.
