Sibylla Draconis is the youngest member of the Imperial Draconis Family. The Hero needs to kill her and her family to complete the quest handed to them in the Dark Brotherhood by Lucien Lachance to receive 500 
.
As noted by her mother, Perennia Draconis, in the shopping list that she gives the Hero (or that they take from Perennia's corpse), Sibylla is a 'feral' woman. Indeed she lives amongst wolves, bears and mountain lions in Muck Valley Cavern and immediately becomes hostile when she sees the Hero.
She is found either near the entrance of her cave or near her bedroll/fire pit area. She wears a huntsman vest and huntsman loincloth and fights hand-to-hand or with a mace. Her mother pays the Hero to buy her a nice, warm blanket.

Next of Kin
The objective given through the Dead Drop Orders 2, is to eliminate the entire Draconis family, five targets in total. The only information given at the start of the mission is the location of Perennia Draconis, the mother of the family. She is located at Applewatch farm just west of Bruma. The aforementioned shopping list then given by her mother reveals the locations of the other family members.
Trivia
- When killed, she will receive a tombstone at Applewatch with the epitaph: "Here lies Sibylla Draconis. She died as she lived--like a beast."
