Trivia

• The staff's effect is weaker than the spell Conjure Frost Atronach, lasting only 10 seconds instead of 60.
• Despite the staff having base damage, it does not deal damage when out of charges.
• The staff's intended enchantment was to summon a subjugated ghost to fight for the caster for an unspecified amount of time. However, this enchantment was scrapped for unknown reasons.^{confirmation needed}
