"Skeletons are undead creatures, once human, now animated by some forces either magical or supernatural. They usually are set to guard certain places, such as burial crypts or vaults. They have a single minded purpose, and will track their foes until the hapless victim is found and destroyed. Skeletons are resistant to edged weapons."

Skeletons are human bones reanimated through magic. Even without flesh, these creatures can fight the same way they did when alive. They are often encountered guarding dungeons and crypts, however they also can be found in the wilderness and cities during the night.

Even if Skeletons do not have any type of protection and being one of the weakest creatures in the game, they are potentially dangerous to the inexperienced adventurers. After the Eternal Champion gains a good amount of experience, Skeletons become a lesser enemy, without representing danger.

Skeletons are between Minotaurs and Orcs in terms of strength. They have some resistance against edged weapons, such as arrows and swords.[OOG 1]
