Skull Reaper is a Bone Colossus boss found in the northwest corner of Wayrest Sewers II, where The Rat Whisperer was. It is an optional boss, but must be defeated for achievements.

- Bone Saw - frontal conal attack, deals heavy damage
- Wake the Dead - summons 4 skeletons to heal him with blue beam
