Description[]
It is a large domed chamber that houses the Karstangz-Bcharn, a Dwemer device which can control the weather of Mournhold. The chamber is the deepest section within the ruins of Bamz-Amschend beneath Mournhold's Plaza Brindisi Dorom. The weather machine only works with the Powered Dwemer Coherer, which can only be acquired from Almalexia during the quest "A Show of Power."
