Iulus Truptor of the Imperial Cult in the Imperial Chapels in Castle Ebonheart asks the Nerevarine to raise at least 100 from the people in Skyrim Mission. To obtain the needed gold, the Nerevarine must raise the people's disposition until they are willing to donate. If they are skilled enough, they might raise double the needed amount.
