Sotha Sil, Dome of Sotha Sil is a location found in The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal. It is a large domed room within Clockwork City, that houses Sotha Sil, who is suspended by mechanical contraptions to support his lack of limbs. The Nerevarine must confront him during the main quests.
