The Soul Husk is an item found in The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard. It is a food item found in the Soul Cairn. It grows as a plant and can be harvested.
Effects
When eaten, it interrupts the soul drain effect in the Soul Cairn (i.e., the giant soul gems will not drain health when approached) and 10% of magic can be resisted for 10 seconds.
Soul Husks cannot be used as an alchemy ingredients, although the Soul Husk Extract on Valerica's desk in the Boneyard can.

- Bring 25 samples to Morven Stroud. As a reward, he opens up his merchandise for sale.
