"Southpoint is the southern most port city in Valenwood. To the south can be seen the Blue Divide..."
―Description in Arena[src]

Southpoint also known as South Point is a city located on the south central tip of Valenwood. Southpoint resembles a modern Imperial city like the likes of Skingrad or Anvil.

Southpoint has only one entrance, that being the one on the eastern side. The whole city is guarded by a large bulwark similar to Raven Rock on Solstheim. Southpoint is perhaps the smallest city in Valenwood compared to Marbruk or Elden Root. It's divided into two districts one on the southern side where the chapel, inn, and residents reside. The other one is on the northern end where there is a single house and watchtower.

First EraEdit

In the late first era, the city of Southpoint was founded by Colovian Governor Zantonius of Kvatch. Zantonius was a member of the Imperial Legion of the Second Empire. He was stationed at Reman's Bluff before the Barkbite Clan occupied the fort. After defending the bluff from Wood Orcs, he was given a cohort of soldiers to build another fort in the Grahtwood region. He marched southwards to the Long Coast and when he planted his spear into the soil, he proclaimed the land be known as Southpoint.[1]

The Vestige meets Aulus for one finally battle resulting in the victory against Aulus and Southpoint being restored to sanity.
