The Spectre Ring is an enchanted ring in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The ring is unavailable on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game, as this item is not sold by any merchant.
Acquisition[]
There are only two ways that the ring may be obtained. They are:
- Add it to the PC version of the game using the Construction Set, or find it in the Imperial City's jewelry shop in a chest beneath the floor. The chest is only reachable, however, with collision toggled off, and must be unlocked, also via the console.
