Spell Recharge, formerly named Spellcharge, is one of the four passive skills of the Altmer race in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Spell Recharge is unlocked once the Vestige hits level 5. It increases magicka or Stamina. It has three available ranks that can be unlocked with skill points once the player hits these required levels.
- Rank I: Restore 200 Magicka or Stamina, based on whichever is lowest, after activating a Class Ability. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds. Reduces damage taken by 1% while you are using an ability with a cast or channel time. (Unlocked at Level 5)
- Rank II: Restore 400 Magicka or Stamina, based on whichever is lowest, after activating a Class Ability. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds. Reduces damage taken by 2% while you are using an ability with a cast or channel time. (Unlocked at Level 15)
- Rank III: Restore 645 Magicka or Stamina, based on whichever is lowest, after activating a Class Ability. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds. Reduces damage taken by 5% while you are using an ability with a cast or channel time. (Unlocked at Level 30)
