Walkthrough
To begin this quest, the Vestige must first meet the Festival Herald Jester Queen Ayrenn and receive this quest, her location being just north of Vulkhel Guard. The next objective will be pranking Temple Stoics near the Guard's Forge and around groups of Festival Merrymakers. The next objective will be Skywatch. Grumpy residents around The Mercantile will be the objective. The next objective is the College of Aldmeri Propriety, and the targets are grumpy professors, located inside the School Building. After all of this is done, the Vestige should return to Ayrenn at Vulkhel Guard for the reward.
