This section contains bugs related to Staff Enchanter. Before adding a bug to this list, consider the following:
- If the Black Book is read while inside the room where it is located, on return from the Book, the Staff Enchanter may be gone. Leave the area and return, and it should be back.
- After completing the sidequests for Neloth, and after he offers you a place in House Telvanni, the staff enchanter may disappear. Leaving the area or re-loading may remedy the problem, but at times will not.
- A Staff of Thunderbolts created at the staff enchanter will have the same base damage as a Staff of Lightning Bolts even though Thunderbolt is an Expert level Destruction spell with the same base damage as Incinerate and Icy Spear, while Lightning Bolt is an Apprentice level Destruction spell with the same base damage as Firebolt and Ice Spike.
