The Staff of Frostbite is a staff found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Effects
The Staff of Frostbite allows the wielder to cast a blast of cold that does damage to Health and Stamina, an effect that emulates the destruction spell Frostbite. Charge consumed by the staff's use is reduced by higher Destruction skill.

- Found in a chest with master difficulty in the The Ragged Flagon.
- Can be pickpocketed from Aranea Ienith at the Shrine of Azura.
- Found as a world item, or as random loot.
- Can be purchased from mages at the College of Winterhold.
