The Vestige awakens on a boat in Vulkhel Guard, then travels to Khenarthi's Roost with Sugar Claws.

Objectives

Walkthrough

The player will wake up inside a ship in Vulkhel Guard . The Prophet will appear and tells the player to help others before finding him. He suggests the player talk to Captain Tremouille.

Captain Tremouille is on the ship's deck. He won't be going toKhenarthi's Roost soon, but Sugar Claws will. She is at the other end of the dock. If the player wants to start gaining experience for the guilds, they should join them before going to Khenarthi's Roost since the player does not automatically discover the Vulkhel Guard Wayshrine. If the wayshrine is not discovered before leaving, then the only way to return to Auridon is by finishing the quests on Khenarthi's Roost.

Sugar Claws takes the player to Eagle's Strand where they meet Razum-dar, the Khajiit who fished them out of the ocean and sent them to Vulkhel Guard. He thinks the player will be able to help and asks them to investigate. The player then talks to Commander Karinith who has more information. She sends them to Ealcil who gives information about the Sea Vipers.

To investigate each location, the player has to complete a quest at each one. These quests are "Cast Adrift" and "Tears of the Two Moons."

Afterwards the player meets Raz in Mistral.

Bugs

  • Razum-dar may vanish, and the quest will not complete.
  • The Harborage quest cannot be completed until Storm on the Horizon is complete.

Hints

  1. The Mourning Stone is a source of Ritual Power.
  2. Sea Vipers create storms with Ritual magic.
