Stromm was a Breton conjurer and a scholar studying the Dwemer. His corpse can be found inside the Nchuand-Zel Quarters. His diary lies next to him. He went inside with Erj, Krag and Staubin but all have been killed by Falmer.
According to his diary, he "stayed behind with a guard to further study the living quarters".[1] The guard can be located slightly before the torture chamber in Nchuand-Zel.

The Lost Expedition
The Lost Expedition is a quest to restore the ancient power of, the city of Nchuand-Zel and discover what happened to the missing expedition party that went exploring within the abandoned city. The quest is obtained by reading Alethius's Notes next to his dead body in the Nchuand-Zel Excavation Site.
Trivia
- In Stromm's diary, he uses the phrase "By the Nine." This would imply he doesn't support the White-Gold Concordat and still considers Talos as one of the Divines.
