Sun's Rest is a holiday celebrated throughout Tamriel. It occurs on the 20th of Sun's Height ^[1]. On this day, all stores are closed in observance of the holiday. Temples, Taverns and the Mages Guild are still open, but many citizens choose to devote this day to relaxation, not commerce or prayer. The Merchant's Guild heavily fines any shop that opens on this day. ^[2]
