Try Uninstalling it then load your game it will have a message saying that the content has disapered bla bla bla anyway load it after dismissing the pop up message and then make a new saved game then try to install the add on again and it should work, um it also kinda depends on if this is patched or not with new modz, if its an xbox no problem if its a pc try to make shure theres no mods that would contredict with the add on

If Martin's sacrifice closed shut the gates to oblivion and sealed the barrier between the realms, how could the portal to the Shivering Isles stay open? It is not possible for the Hero to have done the Shivering Isles questline at the same time as the Oblivion main quest, because that would (in theory) seal off Sheogorath (Hero of Kvatch) from his beloved Isles.
