Looking for info on how to get Brand-Shei out of the jail. Will he respawn at the market if i kill him, or can i use a console command to resurrect him?

I think this can help:
I found this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-3cY7gxuYs. It is a way to finish his quest after he was put in jail. The player just have to set the "wait clock" to finish between 4 or 5 in the morning, time that all the NPC's are waking up, then set again the clock, but now for an entire day, and, if is necessary, repeat this entire day on the clock til he vanish. Then is just meet him at way out, he will be heading to his cell. Works for me (Xbox) and I try more than once to be sure. Simultaneously, in my attempts, happened a change of month, but I don't know if that have link with this. Knowing a little how the game works, I would say probably not, but I know just a little and also know that in the game everything is possible! Hehe.

Fixed?[]
With one of the recent patches, the prison problem seems to be fixed. he gets out of prison after doing the quests just fine nowadays.

East Empire Key[]
I picked a lockbox inside of Ravenrock Mine on Solstheim. I got a key to Brand-Shei's Strongbox from picking it. I haven't encountered any other East Empire boxes so I don't know yet if this unlocks them or just works on Brand-Shei's strongbox. HaxAras (talk) 07:46, January 20, 2020 (UTC)
