With Bethesda Softworks being located in Maryland, is there any possibility of this location being named after the small town of Clear Spring, about 60 miles from Rockville?
I wouldn't be surprised. Bethesda has apparently named some shops in Oblivion after shops in Bethesda, Maryland, and the town itself is in Fallout 3, so it's very possible. —Atvelonis(talk) 00:56, March 4, 2016 (UTC)
