The value "bowspeedbonus" affect the speed of the world around you when you Draw an arrow. Like with the perks Steady Hand. While "bowspeedbonus=1.0" is normal speed and "bowspeedbonus=0.25" is the same as having level 2 Steady Hand perk.

So does "Self explanatory" mean "maximum" or "current" ... as regards Health, Magicka and Stamina?
The explanation for the Health actor value is listed as "self explanatory" when it is anything but. As the person above me stated, it could mean maximum or current health? Or does it mean something else completely? 68.2.181.133 06:23, January 6, 2013 (UTC)

can I then equip an enchanted ring of +100magicka to have 100 magicka? or is it still forced to zero?
