Glitch?[]
Ran into a fugative near Greenspring Hallow and he game me an item. Started running off saying "I guess the coast is clear" or something like that. I kept going on my merry way without realizing the Hunter was following me. By the time he caught up, the Fugitive was long gone and the Hunter won't interact with me onece he catches up (all he does is give a generic "what do you want", "yes", or "hmm" when he does catch up and when you talk to him afterward).
