No Perfect Touch needed Edit

I've managed to steal many Hold Guard Shields without the need of the Perfect Touch Perk in the Pickpocket Skill Tree. Pretty sure it's not just my version of the game. Is someone able to change this on the article? 124.190.208.33 11:44, July 1, 2012 (UTC)
