does this still work as a werewolf or vampire? Zombie says 21:50, November 24, 2011 (UTC)
No. Having restless effects not only restrict the Rested and Well Rested benefits but also Lover's Comfort. You'll have to get rid of the Werewolf or the Vampire curse in order to get this benefit. However, you may gain this benefit through the Lover's Stone. Drag3ndz (talk) 22:32, November 24, 2011 (UTC)
When spouse becomes follower[]
I am actually starting to think the game does not recognize your spouse at home, when you have him/her as your follower. I always use my spouse as follower and I never get the bonus. Even without lycanthropy or the lover's stone active. - Flightmare (talk) 23:06, January 2, 2012 (UTC)
Having my spouse as my follower has the exact opposite effect. I can sleep anywhere and I get Lover's Comfort. Have you made sure to live in your spouse's home and sleep in their bed first? Louthar (talk) 06:28, January 11, 2012 (UTC)
I also seem to be unable to recieve this effect, regardless of if I sleep in the same house as my spouse or in another bed with my spouse as a follower. (Xbox 360, patch 1.5). I either get the Rested (from beds I don't own) or Well Rested (from beds I own). Might be caused by having been a Werewolf and later Vampire (both cured by the time I married), or by some bug related to the spouse being a follower (in this case Aela). - Kerethos (talk) 13:39, April 12, 2012 (UTC)
If you don't get the bonus, it is mostly because of the bug with not moving into a house that your spouse owns (mentioned in Bugs) and not because your spouse is your follower. ih2try (talk) 10:54, May 31, 2012 (UTC)
Trivia...[]
Although its true as i removed some vandalism i also removed the trivia that say the bonus may refer to intercorse as its a bit of a magnet for people to mess with it, and the bonus is called Lover's Comfort its not really that cryptic about what it is. AzuraKnight (talk) 16:07, July 28, 2013 (UTC)
