Humans originate from earth!??

LoL WTF!! Has it been said so anywhere in the Elder Scrolls game or did some fan presumed it? How did humans show up there? Is Elder Scrolls then somwhere in the future? Where humans came in starships who crashed on Ninr and all of the heritage and knowlege of it got lost with the time? Is magic actually some kind of funky, futuristic earth technology? Are gods and deadric princes actually just ancient Terrans that use technology to transcend to some other plane of exsitence? If it is just something that fan presumed then it should be removed but if it is said somewhere by a charcter or a developer it leaves a lot of unanswered questions.
