OotBW must, at the very least, be mentioned in Skyrim; current running around trying to level before I finish a quest that rewards a leveled item, and I came across Hob's Fall Cave. I'm currently running through it, and it's full of Necromancers; it seems they are trying to revive the Order.

- Confirmed; added Skyrim to the list of appearances. Also, that one murder mystery in Windhelm mentions the black soul gem ritual and has the Necromancer's Amulet involved as well. It's possible that the Black Soul Gems possessed (primarily) by the natives of the Reach are an indicator of their alliegeance to the Order. You only hear the name itself once in Skyrim, but it seems to be an extremely strong presence. Who knows; they might be the main villains of the next game...
