Loot

I received all items but my book was a zombie one so perhaps that item is randomised. Also, this may be one of the dungeons a player can be sent as part of the 'Trouble in Skyrim' quest given by Farkas of the companions. "Hidden" Room

There is a "hidden" room near the back door and I can't find any way to get to it.

You can see it through a hole in the wall in the room across from where the back door is located.
