I am a vampire lord and when entering the cave and looking around for just a minute another vampire runs in, is this a scripted event or just a random radiant thing?

That must be a special event related to the volkihar quest line if you sided with harkon. I've played through several times and never had any vampires come anywhere near any place with draugr. They seem to keep their distance from draugr in my skyrim. I'm on PS3 though. Or maybe you are on pc or loaded a modded file ported from a pc skyrim saved file?
