so im no good at editing pages, but it should be noted that the ring of the beast gives the player the claws ability no matter what race you are (gained it on my dunmer vampire) though im not certin if this stack if you are a khajit

My quest location is near Windhelm at the shrine of Arkay and the quest marker is pointing to the ground but nothing`s there. I even tcl`d below the ground to find it but still no luck. Plus, the formID you put (I guess) isn`t working. I typed in the console player.additem xx00E7FD and it said Item "xx00E7FD" not found for parameter ObjectID.109.60.87.135 18:02, August 5, 2012 (UTC)
The FormID for this item needs to start with xx instead of 02. The xx is a place holder for the order in which the game installed (00 being vanilla game, 01 02 03 etc being for DLC). The value of xx for this item MAY be 02 for some people but it could be 01 or 03 for others.
