The Thalmor is the government of the Aldmeri Dominion in The Elder Scrolls Online.

It is made up of Altmeri Canonreeves, Bosmeri Treethanes, and a handful of Khajiit Chieftains, who serve as the ruling party in the Dominion. The Thalmor also serves as the Dominion's diplomatic corps, a para-military unit, and the Committee of Alliance Relations.
