The Black Garrison is the southeastern region of Coldharbour. It contains a huge stronghold, The Black Forge, where Dark Anchors and other Daedric weapons and machines are created.
Also in the Black Garrison is The Great Shackle, the very heart of the Planemeld.
The achievement Guardian of the Great Mage is associated with this subregion.
