Top or Bottom of the page? Edit

When reading this over, I found that the {{stub}} template is mentioned as needing to go at the bottom of the page. However, many people have told me in the past to always put it at the top. Which would be correct? FaceOfJanus ^(talk) 22:34, November 15, 2012 (UTC)

Style and formatting says it should always go one the bottom. I personally prefer it on the top, but whatever I don't get to make the rules here.

Could you fix/create Skyrim:Stub section, so I can browse current Stubs for the game, Skyrim?
