The Flowing Bowl is located on the docks just south of Anvil and north of the Anvil Lighthouse on the Gold Coast. The inn is run by Maenlorn who sells foodstuffs but no drinks and has no available beds for the night. Maenlorn also sells the unique item, Fists of the Drunkard.

Patrons include Maenlorn's twin brother Caenlorn, Anguilon and Hauls-Ropes-Faster.
