Walkthrough[]
In the desert northeast of the Rain Catcher Fields and southwest of Alezer Kotu, you will encounter an old redguard named Anjan who will talk to you about fate and how it cannot be changed. He will tell you that a storm is about to brew, and that it is your fate to race this storm and win.
Once you tell Anjan you are ready to start the race, a storm will indeed brew. You will see a path of blue flames across the desert; race the storm along this path. After you win this race, talk to Anjean again and he will be assured that fate is real and it was indeed your fate to race a storm and win. This will finish the quest.
