The Star-Gazers is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online. Once the Vestige reaches Veteran Rank 1, they can pick up this quest from the Star-Gazer Herald at Hallin's Stand. The quest will take the Vestige to the city of Belkarth in Craglorn.

Walkthrough[]
Upon reaching Veteran Rank 1, A Star-Gazer Herald will appear in the city of Hallin's Stand, in Bangkorai. He will tell you that the stars are disappearing from the sky, and that a strange force is overrunning Craglorn. He will ask you to board his cart and head to Craglorn to help out.
The cart will take you to the city of Belkarth. Once there, head to the south of town to ask Slonn Clod-Kicker about the Star-Gazers, and he will direct you to the observatory on top of the hill. Head up there and talk to the Star-Gazers' leader, Hara. She will be in the room at the end of the hall. She will tell you that the constellations of the Warrior, the Mage and the Thief have disappeared from the sky, and around the same time, Craglorn was attacked by beings calling themselves Celestials. These celestials call themselves The Warrior, The Mage and The Serpent, after the constellations. The Thief, meanwhile, is nowhere to be found.
Hara will ask you to help out in this matter; to join her order. If you accept, she will ask that you partake in the rituals to formally join. Use the ritual circle in the center of the room; the Star-Gazers will recite the incantations to allow you into the order. Once they are done, you will be teleported to a room with no doors, where you will find The Thief. Talk to her and she will tell you what is going on. She came to Tamriel along with the Warrior and the Mage when the Serpent broke free and started causing chaos, but the Warrior and the Mage were corrupted by the Serpent and now serve his will. The Serpent is also looking for her, so she can only indirectly aid you in your quest to stop him.
After you are done talking, a portal will open up that will take you back to Belkarth. Talk to Hara here to finish the quest. She will tell you to ask around Belkarth to find out more about the Celestials and their whereabouts.
