    • I agree with AzuraKnight. She probaly hasn't got over Gallus yet.

    • Gallus and her seem pretty intent on enjoying each other's afterlife company once Karliah's contract is filled.

If for some reason that's not the case, then like AK said, she hadn't gotten over Gallus when you became a nightingale, chances are, she's not going to get over him any time soon.

If I'm right, Gallus is a Nord, and Nords go to Sovngarde, and Karliah isn't a Nord. Unless Gallus isn't a Nord, I don't think the theory of them meeting in the afterlife can take much effect.

      Er. no. He's an Imperial.

Either way, in death they get to enjoy the Evergloam I belive, because they're bound to Noturnal - just as you'd go to Apocrypha with Hermie Mora if you aided him, or any other daedric deity.

The eyes are a good point actually Bethesda probably didn't want the player to marry a descendant of Queen Barenziah.

Actually, the afterlife depends on your belief and religious alignment, aswell as contracts or diseases. For example:

Nightingales are bound to Nocturnal and to her realm, therefore they go to Evergloam.

Werewolves are bound to Hircine by blood and spirit, therefore, when they die, they join Hircine's eternal hunting grounds.

Although this is not been proven, it's said that victims killed in honor of Sithis join his real/being, a.k.a. The Void.

    • I know she protects the Sepulcher but why not have ghosts on shifts like when the key was stolen? I just want to adventure with a beautifully voiced, looking, intelligent and skilled thief, assassin, nightingale, and very important and interesting character.

Yeah, you're absolutely right. Poor Karliah. Losing her lover like that, then being framed by that b!tch Mercer Frey for a crime she did not commit. She also told the Dragonborn that she cannot help but to blame herself for what happened to Gallus due to their relationship.

Well, she's probably not over Gallus yet. That's one of the reasons I never married Aela, even though she is marriable. But she should still be a follower. I hate having to travel all the way to Nightingale Hall to see my favorite character ever.

    • through a mod called lonely Karliah you can marry her also if that mod fails to work for some reason or another you can use amazing follower tweak mod it can be used to force her to be a follower and if that doesnt get all the desired effects then you can reset her through the mods dialogue menu with her specifically after that you might need to have her join you as a follower again then she should have all of the dialogue options. you may or may not need to use the console commands provided by the description in the lonely Karliah mod I dont know I am just stating how it worked for me.

        Loading editor
