recap: the year is 4E 205. the mages guild in cyrodiil has been restored. the arch-mage is an imperial named Verus Alburia. our protaganists are trying to stop Verus from getting to the emperor Augustus Valerius. verus now has a powerful staff and will test it's power tonight. (so far not much has changed from last part.)

the dragonborn has gone to black marsh (i don't know why) (so no being dragonborn)
alduin has been defeated. there are no more dragons. (except paarthunax, odahving, durhnuvir, etc.)
