I'm wondering because if you kill NPCs,then NPCs could be wiped out by the next month. Would you kill players? Even if you do that, they can respond.

It would be nice to add other servers like that. Everyone should be able to enjoy the game, and I think many people would like a world-wide pvp experience. The reason that I don't have high hopes for this happening is the megaserver technology. I'm not sure that we'll ever get more servers.
But we can hope!
The only downside of the killing other of an alliance, when one alliance becomes weaker. I think the the dark brotherhood should be void of any alliance, meaning, you get a contract to kill another player, but only in YOUR alliance or in Cyrodil. Kind of like a pvp for in-alliance fighting. They could restrict that by a toggle on your settings. Allow dark brotherhood or not. Or they could limit it to level 50+ only. If you defend yourself in the fight, you get the $ from that player for said contract and the contract is then over. It would be a pain though, if you kept getting contracts against you. Maybe limit it to 1 per week. Almost like the attacks in morrowind, but from players.
This game is better
Well I think it might be either with another expansion, or maybe endgame content (as in a few months before the new expansion), but as always, I could be wrong.
But we can hope!
What is that megaserver technology?
And could you explain why it could cause problems?
As for world PvP, Divines, isn't Cyrodiil enough? Constantly avoiding player assassinations and jumping away at anything that moves throughout the whole game? Man, I'd be even more paranoid than I already am!
hey i used to see super funny messages from the ninja khajjit!!!

As long as I don't have to worry about that outside of Cyrodiil. Any PVP anywhere else will be a game breaker for me. But perhaps there could be quests like: assassinate a member of one of the opposing alliances. In Cyrodiil, of course.

That's one of the things that I love about WoW's pvp servers. (where pvp is allowed everywhere, expect a few sanctuaries) I haven't played TESO yet, but I hope to soon enough, so correct me if I'm wrong. But it would be nice if you could infiltratre into enemy controlled territory, for example someone who is from the ebonheart pact, to bring, let's say a raid of 40 people with him to the daggerfall covenant territory, and started killing players in their territory.
That could be interesting on a dedicated PvP server, but ESO's megaserver technology makes that impossible. A good MMORPG needs a balance between PvE and PvP. Having to constantly look over my shoulder for enemy players would be a miserable experience. The PvP elements should never interfere with PvE elements unless you are in a PvP zone.
I honestly can't stand PvP anyways. I hate fighting other players for the same reasons I hate playing any online elements on a console game: I'm not that good. I'm good enough to do all the single player and PvE stuff, but I don't play any one online game enough to compare to most of the people playing online. Enemies kill me easily, and then allies get pissed that I'm not a good "team player" or some other nonsense. I might be able to get better with an MMORPG since I do play RPGs most of the time, but not without a controller.
I'm not trying to whine about PvP and multiplayer games. I have no problem with their existence or the fact that others enjoy them. I just don't want to be forced into it. I don't need big challenges, that's what real life is all about. So as a casual PvE gamer, I don't want other people harassing me at every turn. I ADORE this game, but if enemy players could randomly attack me anywhere, this game would get deleted from my hard drive forever.
I also suck at PvP i mean i am the MASTER at PvE but when i get to PvP im dead before i know what happened.

That's what I'm here for, bro!
